​LGBTQ+ of First is a student run organization dedicated to raising awareness and creating acceptance of LGBTQ+ participants in FIRST Robotics. The mission of this organization is to increase visibility of LGBTQ+ members in STEM community by providing resources to help and educate everyone inside and outside FIRST Robotics.

​In 2021, Citrus Circuits began our partnership with the LGBTQ+ in FIRST community as  to spread knowledge and diversity within our team to create safe spaces for members.
