The Compass Alliance (TCA) is a collection of teams working together to provide resources to new and inexperienced FRC teams. We are one of the founding members of The Compass Alliance, and continue to work as a leadership team.
TCA is an international organization designed to support rookie teams and give them resources to become successful and impactful in their communities. On the website, organized "pathways" lead rookie teams to all the essential information and techniques they need for starting and running an FRC team. TCA is now even translating the website pages into Mandarin, Hebrew, and Spanish for prospective teams around the world. As a Leadership Team, we aid in the writing, editing, and organization of the resources offered on TCA's website. The Compass Alliance has been one of the most rewarding outreach projects done by our team in the last two years and we look forward to see where it will go.
